Giannella Apartment is a lovely, tastefully furnished apartment for 5 people (maximum 4 adults) for exclusive use in a semi-detached cottage with independent access, just a few steps from the sea.  
Furnished outdoor space, air conditioning, wifi and free car parking in front of the house.  
  
WARNING: wifi on demand with modem on deposit (active service during the period from 1/5 to 30/9)  
  
In the immediate vicinity:  
250 meters from the free sandy beach or with bathing establishment (with which there is an active agreement).  
A few hundred meters away restaurants, pizzeria, docking pier, horseback riding and chapel.  
Minimarket about 1 km away.   
Golf course a few km.  
Pharmacy and medical service 5 km.  
Bus stop 400 m.  
Train station 5 km.  
Car is needed to visit nearby villages, as the residence is outside a built-up area.  
  
Giannella and its surroundings:  
Tombolo di Giannella: is a thin strip of land facing the sea at the foot of Monte Argentario, its very fine beach stretches for seven km. without interruption, the sea and the particular unspoiled nature of pine forests and maritime shrubs, offer the ideal place for recreation, entertainment and the opportunity to practice countless sports and excursions.  
The surroundings of Giannella: the elegant and renowned land of Monte Argentario offers natural spectacles of rare beauty, with beaches set among the rocks that can be reached on foot or by sea, and ancient fishing villages, Porto Ercole and Santo Stefano, today characteristic meeting and entertainment places.
