Déçus...
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. La nuit nous a couté 140 € et ne mérite pas du tout ce prix. Le parking est petit et pas suffisant pour toutes les chambres, le lavabo dans la salle de bain était fissuré et le lit... trop petit et inconfortable, le matelas serait à changer. L'hôtel était plutôt bruyant avec des bruits de porte ? une bonne partie de la nuit. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner. Nous sommes donc déçu de notre séjour.

L'établissement est vieux mais propre, par contre nous avons eu une chambre au dessus des cuisines, avec une fenêtre donnant sur la cour d'un pub et une chasse d'eau défectueuse. Alors autant dire que entre le bruit incessant des moteurs des frigos et congélateurs, le vacarme du pub et la chasse d'eau qui se remplissait toute les heures, nous avons passé une nuit blanche, nous avons changé d'hôtel car il n'y avait pas d'autres chambres triples de disponible. Le pire c'est que visiblement ils sont conscient des problèmes inhérent à cette chambre (et de la chambre voisine aussi).

Idéal pour un court séjour si vous avez une voiture. Attention Parking très très petit (une dizaine de places), souvent rempli à cause du restaurant situé aux pieds de l'hôtel.

L'accueil était très bien, le service et la propreté en général était satisfaisant. Seul point négatif, un bruit sourd dans notre chambre constant et très dérangeant. À la réception on nous affirme que c'est le bruit d'un vétilateur et que ça s'arrête le soir. Cependant il a fallu demander au bar de l'arrêter vers 23h sous peine de ne pas dormir.

Le sejour qui avait pourtant mal commencé à l'aéroport s'est par la suite super bien déroulé grace au personnel de l'hotel super serviable et aimable. La réception est très arrangeante! De plus l'hôtel et propre et charmant et bien situé dans la petite ville d'Oranmore bien desservie par les bus irlandais et disposant de toutes les commodités!

No water! We Stayed two days and on the second day the water stopped working. I was in the middle of a shower with a head full of shampoo. My husband ran down to the desk to see if there was another unit we could use the shower. No water at all! So I waited in the shower for 45 mins hoping for the water to turn back on and nothing. We packed up and headed out to rent another room so I could get shampoo out of my hair and the husband and daughter could shower and have bathroom facilities . I understand things happen but was is upsetting is there is no desk staff half the time. When we left the desk staff was gone, I had to go into the restaurant next door looking for someone and eventually left the key. I sent them two messages and waited for a response hoping they would correct this before I did my review and no response as I should recess credit for the one day as I had to go to another hotel and of course no response. Poor customer service they received their money and then don’t care.

Good location, comfy room.
Great location, basic (but comfortable) rooms with good water pressure in the shower. There are only a few parking spaces (maybe seven or eight of them) but people were determined to park in the hotel’s parking lot and ended up double parking (which made exiting proper spaces a challenge). Overall I was pleased with place, but would recommend staying during weekdays as prices are much more reasonable.

This place was a pleasant surprise, the room we had looked like it had been renovated, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Better than the 5 star hotel we had stayed in the night before. Had a delicious pizza from the restaurant downstairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay would book again.

This was a funky little hotel right on main street in the town of Oranmore just outside of Galway. The restaurant in the same building was separate operation but was excellent. The bathroom needs and update and redesign. The biggest complaint we have was the noise from the pub right next door which rages until 1 or 2 am in the morning as patrons sing with the band and leave in a noisy manner on the street in front. Also if someone in the building has a shower in the early morning as happened at 5 am in our case, the water pipes bang VERY loudly till shower is over.

Not bad but not our favorite
This was right in the heart of a quaint little town. Walking distance to a grocery store. Not the biggest room and it was super noisy at 5am with them taking out trash and glass breaking from multiple trips with dishes right outside our window. Cozy place but would likely choose elsewhere next time.

Lovely small hotel with a terrific adjoining restaurant in Main St. Oranmore. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, our room was big and the bed very comfortable. It was a weekend so a bit noisy out front so would recommend a room away from the main street. Parking was a bit tricky as the area is shared with the restaurant users but I always found a space. The restaurant was great, unique Italian menu, food superbly cooked and presented and the service was brilliant. Great for breakfast too! The only problem we had during our. 3 night stay was that most of the room lights didn’t work, we got no explanation as to why and there was no attempt to fix them whilst we were there.

We loved the charming room, everything felt very clean and tidy, yet homey. The only things that would have made this better, would be a fan for the room as it was very hot at night. Also, some sort of shuttle to Galway 1-2 times per day or a more reliable bus time table. We tried using google to get bus times, but found that buses were generally quite late or just didn’t show at all. Bus drivers were helpful once you did find a bus :) The community of Oranmore has everything you need, though. A quick walk gets you to the cute castle and some Nice water views. The restaurant was amazing, especially for dinner. Beautiful, helpful staff, amazing Italian food (even compared to what we had been eating in Rome and Venice).
