The space   
Welcome to this exceptional apartment located in the heart of Oranjestad's historic city center, right within Plaza Daniel Leo. This vibrant square is a bustling hub, brimming with renowned restaurants, bars, shops, casinos, and a rich array of cultural experiences. The apartment is located in a colorful historical building and showcases the colorful historical Dutch Caribbean housing, radiating a lively, chic, and colorful charm. The bedrooms have a spacious layout, and the apartment is designed based on an open floor plan. Some important features are:

• Unique view over the vibrant square  
• Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, and Renaissance Mall  
  
Oranjestad, Aruba's capital, is a lively harbor city with charming streets and shopping districts adorned with international luxury boutiques, unique shops, and exquisite jewelry stores. Just a short walk from the apartment, you can hop on the brand-new tram at the cruise terminal, which meanders through the city, showcasing the beautifully revamped Main Street and numerous cultural landmarks.  
Be sure not to miss the chance to explore Oranjestad's vibrant nightlife, filled with a variety of restaurants, cafes, clubs, lounges, bars, and casinos. There are many good restaurants and bars just around the corner of the apartment, such as L.G. Smith's Steak & Chop House, Que Pasa, Wilhelmina, and Apotek Speakeasy. Furthermore, there are some nice breakfast and lunch spots just around the corner like Aruba Experience and Santos! You can also go shopping at the Renaissance mall right across the apartment or visit museums around.  
The apartment is conveniently located, just about a 5-minute drive from the airport. Eagle Beach is about a 10-minute drive, and Palm Beach is a 15-minute drive. The closest beach is about 500 meters from Oranjestad city center, called Surfside Beach.   
If you plan to explore beyond the city center, we recommend using taxis or renting a car, and our team can assist you in finding secure and cost-effective transportation options. You will receive a parking ticket from us that you can use to park right across from the apartment.
