Excellent Séjour
Très beau site, très bien entretenu, calme et très bien insonorisé. Vous êtes à proximité de l'aéroport, du centre ville d'Oranjestad (possible à pied) et des transports (Bus bleus et Mini bus du type Van).Les appartements sont très propres, très bien décorés et très confortables. Au niveau équipement, rien ne manquait (sauf une pelle et une balayette utile entre deux passages de la femme de ménage). Cuisine très bien équipée, très bonne connexion WIFI, climatisé, TV, très bonne literie. Super accueil de toute l'équipe y compris de la femme de ménage qui est adorable. Une équipe à vos petits soins. La piscine est entretenue ainsi que toutes les installations de cet établissement. Nous y avons séjourné 1 mois et je recommande vivement ce lieu. Merci encore pour votre accueil et professionnalisme.

La dama que atiende en recepcion EXTREMADAMENTE AMABLE realmente ella es la parte buena de este conjunto. Una mujer muy atenta, respetuosa y la verdad que Gracias Gracias a ella por toda la ayuda y una calidad humana increible durante mi estadia. Ahora acera de El condominio: No es como luce en las fotos. En mi opinion se ve un poco deteriorado, la habitacion que me toco cada vez que usaba el secador los brakers se bajaban y se iba la luz. Realmente un poco decepcionada.

Conveniently located, nice staff, responsive communication. Property is nice but average, no daily cleaning service makes the experience quite inconvenient, we didn’t have cutlery in the room, missing one dish, overall that part can definitively be improved.

I loved the grounds around the apartments. They've tried hard to make it look like a little oasis. What I didn't like was that there was no dish soap and no hot water in any sink. There was hot water to shower, but no hot water anywhere else. It seems like there is no way the dishes could be properly cleaned without hot water??

This place is good for someone who already knows Aruba, because it’s far away from the tourist area and the beaches. The beaches are at least 20 mins or so. Recommend it only if you have a car and also just want to save money.

This property is not what tthe pictures show. There is no one around after 5 pm. They only work from 8 to 5, Monday thur Friday. No one is there on the weekend. The restaurants are 2 miles away. No bus line or taxi service available. If you want to get away from someone or be alone. Then, this is the hotel. I don't rate business, I was very disappointed and left the next morning.

Vi kom søndag. Receptionen har åben man-fre 8:30 til 17:30. Men der er intercom, så der kom hurtigt en (ejeren). Meget venlig og hjælpsom, forklarede alt om området, busforbindelser etc. Dejligt lille sted med lille svømmepøl. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt.

This is a nearly new property in perfect shape. The staff are very helpful in spite of a small difference in language. At first we worried it was to far from the ocean but we wanted to explore the whole island which we did in a short week and had a great trip going to many of the beaches. At a glance the property does not seem great. However, the room was very clean and the staff was nice. A clean up of small weeds around the pool and a few potted flowers would make it more appealing. There is a nice outdoor seating area under a tree that is very nice and relaxing. Overall, once you get past the initial view of the property it is good for the price.

The Manager was very helpful, its a quite area and the cost per night was very affordable. You have bike that can be rented and the location is 5 mins from the airport.
