This great home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from Bills Beans, Nile St Cafe and the centre of town. Inside, the home is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The home has recently been renovated now offering more spacious bedrooms. This home has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and makes the perfect base when you are next visiting the region. The Space: Our Home: Bedroom One: King Bed with Free Standing Hanging Space Bedroom Two: Queen Bed Bathroom: Shower, Toilet & Hairdryer Kitchen: Modern Appliances and Cookware, DeLonghi Coffee Machine Lounge/Dining: Cosy Loungeroom with Smart TV Laundry: Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board and Drying Rack Sunrooms: Two spacious sunrooms at the front and rear of the house, one with a desk and reading nook. Outdoors: Undercover dining area with BBQ, where you can turn on the fairy lights as the sun sets or move to the firepit (BYO wood and fire starters). Heating & Cooling: Our home has a gas heater in the living area as well as 2x mobile tower fans. Parking: Free street parking only in a quiet neighbourhood. Linen: High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay. Amenities: The home is well equipped with coffee pods, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies. Wi-Fi: High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay. The Neighborhood: East Orange is a residential neighborhood located in a quiet and peaceful area that is known for its tree-lined streets, spacious parks, and friendly community. The property is just a short walk from a variety of great shops, cafes, restaurants and parks. There are two great coffee spots for your morning coffee close by. Nile Street Cafe is only 200m from the home, whilst Bills Beans is 500m. If you want an incredible dining experience, stroll on down to Charred Restaurant, where you can experience a delicious set menu featuring local produce. If you want to venture into town on foot, it would take you about 15 minutes. Once you are in the CBD, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, boutique shopping, bars, parks and more. Some of our best wineries and cellar doors are as close as 10 minutes by car. Getting Around: Walk, Car or Taxi Other Things to Note: Firepit - BYO Wood and Fire Starters.
