Just to name a few….Security was inadequate as Front door has 2 locks which must be for a reason however only one works? Mattresses need replacing, tapware old and difficult to turn on/off. It was very small but adequate for our needs. It is not a dwelling in which you would want to spend any time but it serves as a launchpad to getting out and about. Whilst Is has 2 bedrooms, the second one backs right onto the lounge room. If anyone is staying up watching tv, whoever is in the second room will not be getting to sleep easily. The place is very old and rundown but it is clean and functional. The one thing that really needs to be addressed is the mattress in the front room which is old and dips in the middle. I don’t know if the base is also part of the problem. We did not sleep at all well. If there is only one thing the owners are willing to spend on, it should be this. The location is right next to a lovely park. It is a long walk into the main part of Orange but parking is pretty easy if you’re inclined to drive. ##### Chris F. Very close to Cook Park (a 2 minute walk!) and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again. Our only gripe - we’d recommend that the host gets some more crockery and glassware in the kitchen. In a cottage that sleeps 4 there wasn’t even enough for 2 people - we had to eat our takeaway Spilt Milk ice cream out of a mug! ##### Trudy S.
