Brand new listing! But not to worry, we are a 10x Superhost team and so excited to be cohosts for Anna’s Oasis!  
  
Reward yourself with the vacation you've always dreamed of at this 4500+ sq ft lakefront home on Lake Anna! It features 300 ft of private lakefront, indoor & outdoor games, a private boat dock to accommodate up to a 30 ft boat, 2 outdoor firepits, kayaks, and more!  
  
This is a perfect place for large groups of families or friends looking to create lifelong memories together. Anna's Oasis is a three-story, 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom property that is all about outdoor living and entertainment!

Upon your arrival, the incredible view of the lake beyond the high-end landscaped lawn greets you as you step out onto the paved driveway that allows for plenty of parking. As you walk towards the lake, you will see not one, but two stone patios. Each patio includes a built-in firepit and plenty of comfortable seating, where you and your loved ones can enjoy the relaxing outdoors as the sun sets. Guests will also enjoy outdoor entertainment such as bocce ball, croquet, Kan Jam, volleyball, soccer, and 2 kayaks.  
  
The first level of this marvelous home away from home features a spacious family room with endless entertainment options! Spend relaxing evenings streaming your favorite series on the 65" smart TV or playing any of the board games provided. If you are more into sports or more competitive activities, you can either challenge your friends to a game of darts, a Ping-Pong match or a foosball game. A wet bar is provided as well if you ever feel the need for a refreshing drink. This floor also hosts a bunk bedroom, a full bathroom, and direct access to the stone patio.  
  
The second floor of the home is the entry level and boasts the main living space. The spacious, open floor plan features wood flooring throughout, spectacular lake views, and 9 ft. ceilings. The inviting living room will be the perfect spot to gather after a fun-filled day playing in the outdoors. Unwind on any of the comfortable sofas as you stream everyone's favorite series on the second 65'" smart TV available or host a barbecue on the deck, which has been furnished with a propane grill and an outdoor dining table for six. There is nothing like dining alfresco with Lake Anna as your backdrop! Back inside, the home's kitchen is a delight with its granite countertops and open plan. You will enjoy sipping your morning coffee, while mesmerized by the beautiful sunrise visbile through the many windows in this area. Find every major and secondary appliance you could need to surprise your guests with homemade meals. Then, gather at the six-person dining table or the 3-person breakfast bar to enjoy your feast! This level features the main bedroom with the third 65" smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and jetted tub. The laundry room can be found on this level as well.  
  
And last, but definitely not least, when you climb the gorgeous, open staircase to the third level, you will find three large, comfortable and private bedrooms with a spacious shared bathroom.
