Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.  
30 minutes from the Beaches and  
The Daytona Speedway.  
30 minutes from the theme parks such as Disney and Universal.  
5 minutes from Blue Springs State Park, See the manatee’s, winter is best for manatee sightings. Minutes from restaurants and shopping. 30 to 40 minutes from 3 major Airports, Orlando, Sanford and Daytona.

The space  
The space has a nice coffee station with a microwave a hot plate. Refrigerator and kitchenette. Comfortable couch and a full size bed.  
Also a full size washer and dryer and Smart TV  
The outside is a shared courtyard a grill and seating area.  
Guest access  
Parking is right on site in front of the wood fence pull into the side driveway off Cedar Ave  
Other things to note  
Sorry, there are no pets or smoking in the building.  
Smoking is allowed outside the building
