When we checked in and got in the condo, the dishes had been put up dirty and wet. Had to re-wash some plates and some skillets. The clothes washer and an odor coming from it. Maybe needed a cleaning. Great location though. Everything was within a short drive. Love St Thomas by the Sea Catholic Church only about a block away. They didn’t have any comforter due to COVID and we wasn’t informed. The sheets smelled like mold and didn’t have replacement. Never was told the hot tub wasn’t going to be unavailable. Huge warm pool, easy walk to ocean on white sand beaches and the grounds of the Phoenix XI were immaculate.
