The complex is awesome as the Phoenix properties offer the best of the best. From the workout facilities to the awesome indoor and outdoor pool (heated in the winter), there is something for everyone. Located right in the heart of Orange Beach, you'll be close to all the local attractions like shopping, dining, and tons of fun in the sun!

Share the Phoenix I, II, III, and IV facilities that offer beautiful beach-facing pools, an indoor pool, hot tubs, splash pad, and a kiddie pool. This luxury facility includes an indoor racquetball court, state of the art fitness center and a sauna. Go outdoors and enjoy the lighted tennis court. You'll also be able to enjoy outdoor grills and gazebos. Free WiFi is available in all lobbies and rooms. You will not be disappointed, nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo and location was very nice and accommodating. The condo was decorated nicely and a great view of the beach. My only suggestion is give more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and at least one kitchen trash bags per day. I highly recommend this condo unit.

Nice condo

Condo is very nice and clean. Great location. Comfortable beds. The only reason it’s not 5/5 for me is the elevator noise. You can hear it all hours of the day and night. If you are a light sleeper, like me, then sleeping can be difficult. That is the only negative.

Labor Day weekend

Overall stay was fine - the beds were very in both rooms. Just some issues and suggestions: 1. The closets in both rooms were full of stuff like pillows/ blankets and etc which we couldn’t really hang our clothes in there. 2. The room was convenient to the elevator but it was very noisy from hearing the elevator all night and during the day - like construction sounds. So for those who have problems with their sleep - need to have the alarm sound as music / earplugs 3. The door code started to lock you out as we were loading back and forth as we were Checking out before 10am check

Love about everything just one little things no hair dryer 😂😂😂 when I read it said hair dryer available so I didn’t take mind, it’s ok just please check the list, overall everything is perfect. I definitely will go back.

Perfect Stay

Loves this place. It was perfect for me, my husband, and two teen boys. The views were amazing and it was great being right on the beach! Pictures are exactly as listed. Was a quiet and family friendly property. I will definitely be back!

Nice place/beautiful. We had a great time❤️ Not complaining; things bothered us so you know for future: Master bed mattress very hard. The noise from the elevator was bad. No blow dryer after said there was so we didn’t pack.

Good for family vacation

Dryer doesn’t work so be prepared for that, and bring TP as it is not supplied by front desk bc this rental is through VRBO. Accommodation were great, location great and wonderful that they have heated outdoor pool and indoor pools to keep the kids happy even when it’s double red flag riptide. It was easy to keep the teens entertained.

First family vacation

We had our first family vacation and it couldn’t have gone any better! The communication from the owners was great, bc we had all sorts of questions. The unit was a great size for a young family of 5. We loved the beach and my kids really loved the pool. The staff did a great job in continuously cleaning the property. Everything was incredibly easy! I highly recommend!

Not really sure how to do this review. I will start out with the positives. This is a great location. Orange beach will now be our go to location for a beach trip. The condo complex is nice. The view of the ocean was awesome. It was great eating breakfast to the sites and sounds of the ocean. Now the negatives. Checked in Sunday with no problems. Got to the room and found a smoke detector missing and wires hanging out of the wall where it should be. We eventually found the detector in a drawer. Also found the extra safety lock on the front door was broken. So I sent a message to the property owner on Sunday night which I didnt get a reply back. Later that night my wife was taking a shower and all the water shut off. Tried calling the property owner and no response. I tried calling the front desk and maintenance from the phone in the condo and no one answered. Eventually I had to walk a building over to find someone at the desk who contacted maintenance. Maintenance was quick to respond and fix the water issue. Come to find out there are water sensors on the floor in the bathroom to keep from excess water leaking to condos below. Understand the need for these sensors but we were never advised by the property owner of them. So I never received any reply message or call from the property owner. So on Tuesday I messaged her again asking if she got my messages and call. No reply until late Wednesday. Now remember, I messaged her about the smoke detector, lock and called her saying we had no water in the condo. So the reply was very informal saying “Hey” she lost her phone and just got a new one. She just told me she would get with maintenance to fix the smoke detector on Thursday and would let me know when they would be coming to fix it. Never asked about the water issue or said anything about the lock. Apparently she didn’t read my whole message nor did she check her call messages. Oh and by the way, never heard back from her again. The smoke detector never got fixed before we left. We also didn’t feel like the room was cleaned to good before our arrival but never addressed it due to never getting a positive response from the owner. So in other words, WE WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY OWNER AGAIN. We will stay in any of the Phoenix condo complexes in the future but just not this condo.

1st time stay

1st time staying at the Phoenix II…over all I’m pleased with the stay but a few things that I will bring up as a negative; first the $50 parking pass is a little firm when you have to battle the Brett Robinson workers for the best parking spots besides the owner parking, secondly the elevator motors were extremely noisy and could hear them from the condo, lastly one of the hot tubs was broke down so it made it hard to enjoy the hot tub for an extended amount of time! Positive comments I have about the Phoenix II is the the location, cleanliness and close access to the beach! Overall We had a great time!

Family Vacation 2022

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had plenty of bedding. My husband and I really liked the walk in shower in the masters suit. I would recommend this condo and it's owner to my friends and family.

Had the best time!

Me, my husband and our 2 best friends stayed here from July 7th-July 11th 2022. The condo is awesome, right on the beach, beautiful view from the balcony and extremely clean and supplied with everything you will need in the kitchen. Beds are very comfy and we loved that it had 2 king size master bedrooms so both couples had our own bathrooms. Will definitely be going back next year and staying in this condo. We had a great beach trip! Thanks!! 😊
