This exceptional one-bedroom unit is equipped with everything you need to ensure a fabulous vacation. Nestled right in the heart of Orange Beach, you'll find yourself in close proximity to shopping, dining, walking and biking trails, and so much more. The condo boasts a prime beachfront location, so there's no need to worry about traffic or long walks. A convenient boardwalk leads you from the splendid pool area directly to the white sandy beach, so get ready to savor every moment. Once you step inside the condo, you'll be greeted by an unbeatable view of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass. Simply open your balcony door and take in the breathtaking scenery, feel the gentle Gulf breeze, and let the sound of waves crashing on the shore envelop you. The unit features one bedroom, a set of cozy bunks in a nook, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests if needed. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while the living room is spacious and furnished with brand new pieces, including a beautiful couch and a comfortable recliner. The complex offers a wide range of amenities, from the expansive outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with a hot tub to free WIFI, and a well-equipped workout facility with views overlooking the beach. Come and discover why Tidewater is the perfect spot for your summer vacation. For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Tidewater is professionally managed by Poole & Associates. Additional information: Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly, with a maximum of two cars allowed. Linens are provided; however, guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels. Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed. The view is amazing, but this is just one level above a hotel room. This is obviously used for rental income and the bare bones provisions proved that. Only one of the elevators works. The condo slept all 5 of us comfortably. The condo overlooked the pool and beach. The access to the beach was a short walk over the dunes and you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas right there.
