With deeded beach access across the road and wonderful facilities on-site (outdoor pool and tennis courts), this is a place to relax, unwind, and take in the beauty of Orange Beach. This tranquil, 1,060-square-foot condo is located in Wind Drift, a riverfront complex with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, boat slips (on a first come, first served basis), and beach access across the street that's adjacent to one mile of state park land. In this spot near Alabama Point and Perdido Pass, you'll be within four miles of downtown Orange Beach, Perdido Key State Park, and a wide variety of shopping and dining. Whether you're planning to visit Gulf State Park (six miles) or simply lounge by the pool, find the perfect spot to begin and end each day on your spacious, waterfront balcony overlooking Ole River. Sip your morning coffee on the cushioned outdoor sofa, dine alfresco at the bistro table, and admire some of the prettiest sunsets you've ever seen. The centrally air-conditioned interior is full of thoughtful updates and features, including custom tile showers, updated cabinetry and fixtures, and cool tile floors in the common areas. Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors and a mirrored wall fill the living area with light, creating a wonderful space to read, dine, and watch movies in the evenings. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and ample seating at both the breakfast bar and the dining room table. Of the bedrooms (both with TVs), one is a riverfront primary suite with access to the balcony. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well. Things to Know \*\*You must pre-register your vehicle and pay for parking via a link that you will be sent to receive gate access code. \*\*Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. The floors were just so filthy I couldn’t let my kids play or go barefoot. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and the place is spacious enough for 6\. This was the first time I had to deal with a secondary management company, Vacasa. This was a horrible experience from check in to check out. Challenges with passwords, parking, getting answers, unclear directions, multiple emails/text messages, etc. If Vacasa is involved, I will not use that rental ever again. The rental property itself was ok. Multiple burned out lights, load appliances, doors to deck were almost impossible to open and issues with electronics. ##### Anna O.
