This well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to create a spectacular homecooked meal. Washer and dryer are located in the pantry off of the kitchen for your convenience. The open concept layout features a dining area with four seats and additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. Relax in the comfortable living area after a long day at the beach with a flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. Enjoy a beautiful Alabama sunset on the private terrace right off of the living area. The stunning main bedroom features a king-size bed with access to the balcony. The main bathroom connected to the main bedroom has a double vanity with large soaking tub and shower. The spacious second bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat screen tv. The Bed Set Up: Master Bedroom: King Guest Bedroom: Queen Other Things to Note: You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests. No Smoking in the unit or on the balcony, only in the designated areas of the complex. No Pets. The Neighborhood: SeaChase Resort is centrally located on the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach. Directly across the street you have access to two grocery stores. Start your morning off walking across the street to CafĂ© Beignet. Great restaurants in the area include Pier House, Wolf Bay, Cobalt, The Gulf, Big Fish, and much more. Towards the west you are just minutes away from Gulf Shores and the State Park which includes 3.5 miles of beaches. The Wharf, just down the street in Orange Beach has an entertainment district with plenty of shopping. Guest Access: Welcome to SeaChase Resort! Parking passes must be pre-purchased and vehicles will be registered at the guard shack. Parking passes are each $63 with a limit of 2 passes. When arriving at SeaChase Resort, your unit is in the building on the far right side. Take the elevator to the eighth floor and take a right and it's the first door you come to. Multiple pools that were all available. Close to dining and shopping. Only negative was only one fob for beach access. A bit inconvenient with more than one person in the unit. ##### Nancy B. Clean, ultra modern, fabulous! Loved the kitchen and the chandeliers. It was just one of my best friends and me that stayed . Everything was so easy . Loved the balcony with the couch and little tables. I have rented dozens of condos over the years, and this by far is the very best . There was only one deficit . The water wasn’t hot enough. I tried to take a bath in the whirlpool bathtub, but the water was only lukewarm at best . ##### Linda R.
