Horrible experience. My husband was laying in the bed and pieces of the popcorn ceiling starting falling on his leg. Called front desk and they sent maintenance and he said nothing they could do until we left. I asked to speak to the manager bc it was after hours so I understand she was off but she never called back. Next day,, I didn't hear anything from anybody.. So one of the beds we couldn't use.. Really ruined the trip.. So no communication with her whatsoever. The ceilings were low and we are tall people. The wifi coverage for electronics other than cell phones was terrible. Needless to say, I am completely done with the Phoenix 5\. Never again. ##### Dawn S.
