Enjoy 2,600 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The living room is broad enough for the whole family to lounge comfortably. The kitchen/dining room provides ample seating with seating for 8 at the dining table and seating for 6 at the new counter height bar.

Stainless steel appliances and new white quartz countertops provide a beautiful environment to create a delicious seafood meal. The wet-bar and icemaker will enhance your seaside party.

This unit will sleep up to 12 guests. The condo's master bedroom includes a king size bed and sitting area. Two guest rooms offer king beds, and the fourth bedroom has two full beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the panoramic views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony and en suite bath!!

The condo offers a 75” HD 3D television in the living room. Flat screen televisions are featured in all bedrooms including two with 60” sizes.

The unit has a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river while the kids spend hours enjoying the waterslide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs
and saunas on the floor below with beautiful sunset gulf views. You have covered parking in the garage.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
