Located in Phoenix West II, with direct beach access, Gulf-front pools, and tons of amenities, this home has it all. In the light and bright free-flowing living space, walls of glass showcase beautiful views of Gulf State Park, the coastal chic design compliments the views, and plenty of comfortable seating, including two sofas and armchairs, invites gathering. Whether watching a movie on the flatscreen TV or playing games with the family, it’s a beautiful place to relax. In the same open space, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals and snacks, including tons of counter space, beautiful cherry wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Make drinks at the wet bar, where there is an ice maker, blender, and sink, grab a bite to eat at the large breakfast bar with seating for four, or gather at the table for eight in the elegant dining room, where the views take center stage through a wall of glass. This home sleeps 12 in four serene bedrooms, each with crisp white linens, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The luxurious primary suite features a King bed, views of Gulf State Park through French doors to the dining room, and a huge ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed, the third has two Queen beds, and the fourth has a twin bunk bed, perfect for kids. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a fifth bathroom, and a washer and dryer conveniently located in the condo. Outside, your private balcony awaits with beautiful north views of Gulf State Park. After days soaking in the sun on the beach, zipping down the waterslide, lounging by the pool, and floating along the lazy river, retreat to your own slice of paradise to unwind on a chaise and gather around the outdoor dining table. Only issue we had was with refrigerator....light inside fridge is flashing and if you accidentally touch it, it will shock you. Refrigerator also seemed to put a water puddle on floor each evening and we had to put a towel down. Owner may want to check it out. Other than that it was perfect for our family. ##### Stacey B. Doesn’t face the ocean but you can see the beach from the corner of the back balcony. The building is huge so lots of people but it was quiet on the floor and we were patient with elevators. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo- we had a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for our large family! The decor was beautiful, all the beds were super comfy and the extra living space at the back of the condo with the bunk bed alcove was a great idea and well used by our teenagers! We will recommend this condo to others and we would love to stay here again ourselves! A few things that need a little attention: Need more eating utensils and cookware. If you have space for 12 people, you likewise need to stock a kitchen with equipment to cook and serve for 12 people. It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating on the balcony. The wooden chairs and lounger were not very comfy. All in all- this is a great place to stay on the beach!! We will definitely keep this condo on our list for future bookings for our beach trips!! 🙂👍 ##### patricia m. This condo was WAY bigger than we were expecting which was great! It also has a second living room space which was perfect for us traveling with a group of teenagers. No complaints at all. We heard complaints about the elevator situation but we thought everything was fine. In my opinion, the condo offers a very unique layout. The room with the bunk beds has a large family room area with it that is isolated from everything else. It worked for us and we kinda liked it but it was unique. The room itself is worn but was clean on check in. The appliances (range, dishwasher, refrigerator) were extremely low quality builders grade at best. The kitchen had the WORST amenities of any condo we have stayed in on the gulf coast. Since we were late to book this place we paid a premium price for a large unit that does not even face the Gulf of Mexico. We would never rent this condo or at Phoenix 2 West in Orange Beach again! ##### Tim C. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach and relax. We really did not have to venture out at all, because the kids were satisfied just staying on the premises. A few things that could have been better: There are not enough elevators to accommodate a full building. There were long wait times to catch an elevator. The condo was not well stocked with basic essentials. Usually, I would expect basic necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and usually basic cooking needs (oil, salt, pepper). There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, nothing extra. We had a large group, and so we had to go buy all of these things. We cook a lot, and the quality of the cookware and utensils was poor. But, we made the best of it. Overall, it was a good experience. I would return here if we visit again. ##### Jeannine H.
