CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. This is a beautifully decorated condo on the 30th floor with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We loved that every room had its own bathroom and additional hall bath. The kitchen was stocked so well and the games, books, and ice machine were a great bonus. The pools are so nice and such easy access to the beach. Very nice, spacious, and comfortable stay. Tips for future guests: When an elevator opens, just get on whether it is going up or down. They can be tricky during busy times! Bring your own float for the lazy river and if you rent beach chairs, the red ones to the left have more available close to the water.
