"It is owned by The City of Orange Beach- a fee is required for parking". The new Docs Seafood and Steaks - Live Bait & Wolf Bay Restaurants, are all a 5 min walk. Also, the beach side Mini Golf is a 5 min walk. You are only a 15 minute-walk away from the pristine white shores and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can also enjoy our large zero entry community pool or for the biking, running or walking enthusiast head over to the Gulf State Park which offers over 25 miles of trails. \* Nonsmoking unit will sleep 10 \* No parking pass required \* Parking for 4 cars, SUVs, or pickup trucks.
