THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. The dock includes a fish cleaning station. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Dock details: Use is not allowed for any renters' guests not staying at the property. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The only complaint I have about my whole stay was that the dishwasher did not work, and there were some dirty dishes in the cabinets when I arrived! When I loaded the dishwasher and started it, I realized why! I had to hand wash all of my dishes the remainder of the trip. I would also like to remind everyone that may not know like myself, you have to pay to park at Public Beaches! The Cotton Bayou Beach access is a Public Beach! Everything was lovely. It was a great location-lots of things to do close by, but still a quiet community. I will say, if you plan on cooking-bring your own seasonings and oils/butter. They had plenty of cookware though! I know they clean-it was spotless-but I like to clean a little after myself and there wasn’t any cleaning supplies so bring your own if you plan on doing so! Condo was conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and the beach. It was clean and well equipped. Only issue was that the number lock on the front door did not work so we had to call to check in and then use the actual key to unlock the entire stay. If you shut the door and forget the key, you’re locked out. So we made sure not to forget the key every time we went outside, even to get something out of the car.
