We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. Shortly after arriving I thought there was a spot of mud on the floor. I got a wet paper towel to clean it and found it was only a part of the tile. The paper towel was completely clean after rubbing it on the floor! I do not think I have ever found a cleaner floor anywhere I have stayed. The furniture was comfortable which is something I always look for in a rental. The outdoor furniture was also comfortable but the sofa was a bit low. The chairs were fine. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked every meal. My only suggestion might be a sharper knife.There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The water pressure was wonderful in the shower. There was a large closet to hang clothes and store suitcases. The view was wonderful! We watched dolphins, birds, people, and boats. The balcony was sunny most of the day. My indoor cat thought he had died and gone to heaven. He snoozed in the sun every day. If you are looking for a clean, pet friendly rental with awesome views, look no farther. ##### Donna P.
