We have special protocol in place to keep our cleaners and guest safe during these times. This includes: our clean bed program (we started this almost 3 years ago in all of our condos - one of 2 local companies to pioneer an all clean bed with clean quilts for every guest); our cleaners use disinfectants recommended by the CDC on all hard surfaces; the floors are steam mopped to sanitize; towels and laundry come bagged fresh from our laundry office where bleach is used in every wash. You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
