Owning our own in house cleaning company gives us full control over the cleaning and sanitizing of the properties we manage. We have special protocol in place to keep our cleaners and guest safe during these times. This includes: our clean bed program (we started this almost 3 years ago in all of our condos - one of 2 local companies to pioneer an all clean bed with clean quilts for every guest); our cleaners use disinfectants recommended by the CDC on all hard surfaces; the floors are steam mopped to sanitize; towels and laundry come bagged fresh from our laundry office where bleach is used in every wash. We are committed to doing our part to keep you safe!! Silver Beach is only 8 stories tall and has 47 condos. The development sits along a beautiful stretch of Alabama's sugar white sandy benched and shimmering turquoise waters!! The development has a gulf side pool with large sunning deck and a BBQ area. Kids, pets, and adults alike also love the gulf side green space!! The most unique thing about Silver Beach is that it is one of the very few pet friendly condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast!! PARKING INFO: Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. This was the 3rd time staying at Silver Sands in Orange Beach, Alabama. We had 7 adults in our party and 1 fur baby. The unit was very accommodating for all of us. The views were spectacular! We enjoyed our breakfast each morning on the balcony, listening to the sea. The beach was just steps away which was so convenient. We will most definitely stay at this property again when we visit the area. We honeymooned at Orange Beach 29 years ago and our children grew up going to this beach. It was a very nostalgic vacation for all of us and the accommodations couldn’t have been any more perfect. ##### Francine C. We had a great time at Silver Beach 201 - the property managers were very responsive. This unit is in the perfect location- close to stairwell, close to beach and pool. Grocery stores and restaurants are steps away! This unit had stocked kitchenware. Property pool area was nice and clean. Would highly recommend this property. ##### Holly B. After reading the reviews we picked this location and we were so happy we did! The rooms were nice, the balcony was perfect for us and our dog, the glass panels on the balcony protected our dog and allowed him to enjoy the views. There were beach chairs in the room which was very helpful and all the supplies we needed! Our crew included 6 adults 1 kid and 2 dog and we were all comfortable. Plenty of close by restaurants and activities for teens/kids as well. ##### Heather R. We have stayed at Silver Beach before but condo 201 was a step above. The condo was so beautiful, clean and had everything we could have asked for. It was nice to use the stairs and the barbeque area was so cute we decided to grill steaks one night. We could not have asked for a better trip. ##### Allison L. At 4pm the afternoon before we left, car packed, we were called to tell us our rental would not be available. Alabama Getaways attempted to find a substitute, but we had chosen THIS RENTAL specifically, and no satisfactory substitute could be found on such short notice. We had booked months in advance, paid the not insignificant rental and fees, and had made the arrangements to be away from home. Our much anticipated vacation was ruined. We will never use you again, and rest assured, tell this story at every opportunity. Shame on you. ##### William W. The pictures are actually accurate, which has not always been our experience. Very nice and convenient corner unit on the second floor. The views are gorgeous. It is very nicely decorated and furnished inside and out. The balcony has very nice comfortable seating and a nice table for two to eat at. The kitchen is well stocked. The main bedroom bed is very comfortable! No complaints at all and was worth the price we paid. Very clean and would stay here again. ##### Nikki H.
