The condo complex and amenities were great, but there were some maintenance and cleaning issues that added up. When we got there it was obvious the cleaning crew does not take pride in their work. Ten minutes in to being there my crawling baby had an entirely black leg from scooting around on the dirty floor. Additionally, we had two king size beds that were made with queen size bedding. Some maintenance issues we encountered included a patio door that did not lock. Property management told us that it was not their problem and we needed to take it up with iTrip. Additionally, we spent three days trying to track down someone at the front to get us a second parking pass. Finally, the condo claimed to be baby friendly, but the tub was missing a drain plug and with no grip in the base it made for a difficult time giving baths. And the outlets that were not attached to the walls and cockroaches made for a less than relaxing time managing small children. While we might choose to stay at Romar place again, this would not be a condo we would revisit. ##### Megan G.
