Welcome to your ideal beach getaway in Orange Beach! This spacious 2-bedroom condo, just a short stroll from the stunning Gulf Coast shores, is perfect for hosting up to 6 guests, making it an excellent choice for families or groups of friends.  
  
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living area, featuring a smart TV with cable channels, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything required to prepare your favorite dishes, including modern appliances, generous counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or step out onto the private balcony to sip your morning coffee or evening drinks while soaking in the refreshing sea breeze.  
  
The two roomy bedrooms offer a comfortable night's sleep, with cozy beds and ample storage for your belongings. The condo is family-friendly, providing a warm atmosphere for children, and includes convenient amenities like free parking. Outside, make use of the shared BBQ area, perfect for grilling fresh local seafood and enjoying quality time with loved ones.  
  
Situated close to the heart of Orange Beach, this condo provides easy access to the area's top attractions, dining, and shopping. Things to know  
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.  
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.  
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”  
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.  
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.  
House rules  
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.  
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.  
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.  
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.  
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.  
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
