If we would have had another place to go, we would have left. Instead my wife and daughter spent several hours mopping ALL floors and hand drying them with towels. We vacuumed all carpets, stripped the beds and washed all linens.- There were numerous clumps of long black hair around the house, including on the sheets in an upstairs bedroom, the bathroom floor, the carpet of the master bedroom, and under the dining room table.- The living room swivel chairs were badly stained- The sofa bed in the living room had not been cleaned. Sand, hair, dirt, a toy and a hair clip were on the bed when we pulled it out - ALL of the decorative pillows, including the bunk bed pillows, had stains on them.- Almost every wall had dirt and scuffmarks. It looked dirty and unkept.Items that were broken or needed repair: - The dish washer had standing water and dried detergent in the dispenser. No power was connected to it.- The vent fan stove lights were blown (we replaced them). - The upstairs shower needed plunging - it had standing water even while taking a short shower. The lack of furniture in the upstairs bedrooms was unbelievable. No dressers! We used an ironing board to hold jewelry and phones.We made it work.
