Feel right at home while on the coast of Alabama in this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. It has enough room to sleep ten people and is located on the 7th floor of the Phoenix X. · Flat screen televisions is all of the bedrooms and the living area · Queen sofa sleeper and DVD player in the living area · Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances · Table for six in the dining area as well as two stools at the kitchen bar · King size bed, DVD player, and private access to balcony in the carpeted master bedroom · Shower and tub combination in the master bathroom · Tiled balcony has a magnificent gulf front view that can be enjoyed from the table for four with additional seating On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Jun 3, 2016 #### Pros and Cons My family and I (husband and 4 boys) have stayed all along the the coast line from this area into Florida. We did enjoy our stay here. Had no problems mentioned by other reviewers with the rental company. Pros: The condo was beautiful, well kept, clean and kitchen was better stocked than some of the houses we've rented in the past for much more money. Needless to say I came over- prepared not expecting all that was already there. one TV did refuse to work for us, but to be honest we weren't watching a lot of TV either so it didn't bother us. The view was beautiful and the beach was always clean and gorgeous. This seems to be a majority FAMILY FRIENDLY place to be. My kids made so many new friends I lost count. The staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. It's not far from Adventure Island or the Wharf if you are looking to get out one night. And you MUST try Docs Seafood Shack for supper and the Hot Rod Diner for breakfast at some point during your stay. Both amazing places nearby. Cons: The indoor pool was practically inaccessible b/c of ONE rowdy group lining the pool and hot tub area with beer cans and constant loud swearing. (Again it was just ONE specific group of people; not the majority) The Phoenix 10 is right next door to Flora Bama (a bar) so expect some loud live music and from our experience police SUVs there every night. On our 3rd day there someone actually stole our beach chairs from the bins and we had to buy more so DO NOT trust them. Overall I would definitely stay here again if it was available.
