We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. Bedrooms arranged so noise definitely not an issue. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed pots, pans, and dishes to prepare meals. Great view from the balcony. Plenty of hot water and air conditioner kept us cool while the temperature hovered at 90\. Communication with rental company, owners association and myself was frequent however sometime it was text and then via email. The beds were so comfy and they had extra pillows supplied if needed which was nice! The WiFi worked perfect and they had dish tv with premium channels and all of your subscriber streaming as well such as Netflix, Apple TV, etc. The condo was super clean and has a very big balcony patio. It was close to lots of good restaurants, good ice cream spots, grocery stores, and shopping. We didn’t have any trouble getting orders delivered with Instacart or Uber Eats as they arrived on time at the correct location every time! We will definitely stay at this property again when we come back to Orange Beach! ##### Lauren W. We sat out on the balcony, and had the best time when we were not able to go out. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies. We had everything we needed. You do have to buy all spices, and anything else you need food and drink wise. Make sure you purchase paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Don’t forget your beach/pool towels…they are not provided. We had a minor issue with the toilet in the master bath that was immediately taken care of. We did have issues with our phones not having service inside the condo. We were able to use our phones on the balcony, and with the Wi-Fi. We had both AT&T and Verizon…both services had the same issue. I did not mind at all. I almost never had my phone, and it was quite peaceful that way. The teenagers were not fans of the lack of cell service. All in all, absolutely would recommend staying here. We loved everything about our stay, and wished we could all stay longer. A stay here will not disappoint! ##### Cara C. The unit is on the 4th floor, so it is high enough for a good view of the beach, but low enough you don't have to ride the elevator for extended periods of time. It is nice to be able to walk from the parking deck right onto the floor you are on. The management team provided a number to text with any questions and they were always prompt in their answer.
