This unit was updated and spacious. It including beach toys, floats, booth boards, chairs, etc in a closet off balcony. The few negatives were that the back bedroom window didn’t lock (right off walkway) and maintenance said they’d fix it after our stay… and the main bedroom toilet ran constantly, but still worked. There are only a handful of issues we had. 1\. We were very clear on having 10 people staying in the condo, yet there were only 8 bath towels. That was a problem for sure.2\. The front door sweep was not on the door, so the wind was creating a very load howling while we were trying to sleep.3\. The guest bedroom and hall bathroom doors were not latching properly which made it challenging to shut them and lock them.We very much appreciated the crock pot and the closet with sand toys.
