The Phoenix V was almost completely booked for the holiday weekend, but it never seemed overcrowded at the pool, splash pad, or beach. This first floor unit was great because we didn’t need to take the elevators. You have to go to the basement level to get to beach and pool, but from this unit you can just walk around the corner.Something to note, this unit has a shower only, no tub. Not a problem, just something to be aware of when booking.We will definitely stay here again! ##### Ashley R. While overall the stay was great and accommodating, there was some odd things to happen. The stove was on when we arrived which could have been ugly seeing as there were two young children staying. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. My 7 year old was drinking out of a cup that had lipstick on the rim still from a previous visitor and the dishwasher didn't work (which is fine, hand washing dishes is no big deal).
