### Phoenix IX Condo on the Beach

Welcome to our stunning Gulf-front condo at Phoenix 9, ideally located near the famous Flora-Bama. This spacious and luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and provides a perfect setting for your beach vacation.  
  
Step inside and be greeted by a beautifully decorated living area, designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, allowing for easy entertaining and socializing. The living room may feature plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that frame the spectacular Gulf views.  
  
The master bedroom is a private oasis, offering a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and double vanity sinks. The two additional bedrooms are equally inviting, furnished with queen-size bed in one room and two full-sized beds in the other, their own private bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.  
  
The condo also includes a half bath for added convenience, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.  
  
One of the highlights of this condo is its spacious balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and soak up the sun, enjoy alfresco dining, or simply unwind while listening to the gentle sounds of the waves crashing on the shore.  
  
Phoenix 9 offers a range of resort-style amenities for your enjoyment. Take a refreshing dip in the Gulf-front swimming pool, relax in the hot tub, or work up a sweat in the fitness center. Direct beach access allows you to easily explore the pristine sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.  
  
With its proximity to the famous Flora-Bama, you'll have the opportunity to experience the vibrant atmosphere, live music, and delicious seafood that the area is known for. Explore local shops, dine at fantastic restaurants, or take part in water sports and activities available nearby.  
  
Choose our 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Gulf-front condo at Phoenix 9 for a memorable beach vacation. Enjoy luxurious accommodations, stunning views, and convenient access to the Flora-Bama, all while creating cherished memories with your loved ones.  
  
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
