Unit 304, located on the third floor, is a well-maintained, well-equipped 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom west-corner unit that boasts an extra-large balcony offering stunning views. The Space: The Palms is a premiere gulf front complex centrally located to large grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, entertainment, retail, and spas in Orange Beach, AL. This beautiful complex consists of two towers with this unit located in building #2 (left tower/ east tower). The Palms features many great amenities, including a beach-front pool, outdoor grilling area, workout room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, and a heated indoor pool. Unit 304 is situated on the 3rd floor of a 10-story building. It features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, offering a spectacular view of the Gulf. It's high enough to enjoy panoramic views of the skyline, sunrises, and sunsets, yet low enough to see the beach from the porch and living area. Inside, you'll discover a spacious open floor plan condo with 1398 square feet of living space. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a stand-alone icemaker, seating for six at the dining table, and two more at the kitchen breakfast bar. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo comfortably sleeps eight. The spacious living room boasts a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa, a 60' 4k HD smart TV, and a DVD player. Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the large wrap-around balcony, offering spectacular views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. Love that this is not a huge complex because there were no long waits for elevator. But plenty of room to spread out and loved how the primary was separated from other units. We looked for a long time for a unit with a great balcony and comfy seating and this one did not disappoint. Kitchen had everything we needed and the free standing ice maker was perfect for our group! Comfy beds (we always take own pillows because beach rentals tend to have very soft ones, and this one does too) and good storage. I shared with management that a USB power strip would be a great add. , so think about taking your own. Publix and Wal Mart 5 minutes away and lots of restaurants nearby.
