Loved the rocking chairs on balcony. The rooms were clean but the furniture throughout the condo needed updating. The building itself is older and that's understandable, but it could also use some maintenance. My Host was wonderful! I had an issue getting into my room the first day, but they were able to fix it and send Grif over to make sure. Overall, I'd stay there again!! ##### Elaine D. We loved waking up to that view and being a very short walk to the beach. We didn’t love getting stuck in the bathroom due to the broken door or the giant ice block in the freezer. The condo was a little run down but was clean. The kitchen was stocked with the basics but wasn’t quite what I would call fully stocked. The freezer door seal was loose so nothing would stay frozen but would refreeze at times meaning we would end up with a giant block of ice in the ice maker. Management offered to send someone to look at it but, by the time we realized what it was, it was almost the end of our stay. Also, the master bathroom door was broken and we would get stuck in there if you closed it completely. Management was aware of this problem but unable to do anything about it at the time. Overall, It’s not the nicest place we’ve stayed at but if your priority is a place on the beach with a view but not a high-rise, and you don’t plan on spending much time in the condo then, this may be for you. ##### Donna B. We love Sugar Beach because it isn't a high rise. The 3 pools are GREAT. If I had any complaint at all, it would be about needing more cook wear. We wanted to boil fresh shrimp but there was no large pot. There was only one frying pan. Could have used one smaller and one larger. We love to cook and Lartigue's is just across the street which is a big selling point for us. We will def be back next year! GREAT CONDO! ##### Sally G.
