The property was quiet around 9 and this was one thing I was a bit concerned about since this property is right on the main strip but you really couldn’t hear anything or anybody inside of the condo. The only thing I wasn’t very happy with was the cleanliness of the countertops in the kitchen and the shower. The couch that folds down into a bed was easily operable and the bed was very comfortable. ##### Hunter M. Although it was clean, there were some issues. The AC was not great we had all 3 fans and the window unit on and still was very warm, our bed felt like we were just sleeping on a pallet made on the floor, the water pressure in the shower was mid and our door code never worked, we had to call the company and ask for a new code to the door and it took 3 different codes before they found one that could get us into the room. The location of Sugar Beach is one of the best locations in Orange Beach. The location is easy to get in and out of and not congested like most of the other places. It’s a nice short walk to the beach(just downstairs) and the elevator is also a plus! The unit we stayed in was plenty big enough for my daughter and me. We decided on the spur of the moment to take a mom/daughter trip. The Vacasa person who communicated with me was very nice and made sure we had arrived safe and had no issues with the condo. The pool was closed one day due to construction. The parking lot is full and you can barely find a place to park. The shower head is awful and does not work properly. Overall a horrible experience with the room we stayed in.
