We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. SPECIAL NOTES \* Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. \* No pets allowed. \* No smoking allowed. \* Private Pool - Pool Heat is available for an additional charge. Pool heating is available for guest comfort; however, outdoor weather conditions—such as cool temperatures, wind, or rain—can significantly affect the water temperature. While the heater runs continuously when activated, we cannot guarantee that any specific temperature will be reached or maintained. Please note that we do not recommend heating the pool when outdoor temperatures are expected to be 50°F or below, as the heater will struggle to raise or sustain the desired temperature in those conditions. Pool heat is refundable up to two days prior to arrival. Once activated, the fee is not refundable, as it covers the additional energy costs while the heater is operating. House was beautiful and very clean. View of the beach, sunrise and sunset, does not get any better. Enough room for 18 mature women to sleep comfortably. We don’t do bunk beds. Once we figured out the elevator it worked very well. Glad we paid extra to have the pool heated. We had a couple cold nights. Convenient location. Everything we needed was very close. Could have walked, just chose to do our walking on the beach. Will definitely be back. Management was very attentive and took care of any need that came up.
