This Orange Beach condo rental is a corner unit located on the 20th floor at one of the newest complexes in Orange Beach.

The master suite features a King bed, balcony access, and a master bath with dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, and separate shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 2 Queen beds with a shared bath. The 4th bedroom has 2 Queen beds adjoined with a bath that includes a walk-in shower. This unit accommodates up to 16 people.

The spacious living room has a sofa sleeper and floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous South views. The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The unit also features a full-sized washer and dryer. This unit is non-smoking and pets are not permitted.

Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix Orange Beach amenities feature covered parking, an outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a lazy river with a water slide, a fitness center, a tennis court, and a grilling area. Smoking is not allowed in the units or on balconies. Guests are allowed to smoke in the parking deck and drive areas only.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
