KITCHEN & DINING Get cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Helpful kitchen gadgets include an electric coffeepot and a toaster. BEDROOMS & BATHS This unit sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The tranquil bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a 32” TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower - and is stocked with a hairdryer, a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities, and plenty of towels. OUTDOOR AREAS A private covered patio offers ample space to enjoy the fresh coastal air and Gulf views in the distance. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table. Take dip in two outdoor pools or an indoor saltwater pool. Walk directly to the Gulf via the beach boardwalk. Play a game of shuffleboard on the shared courts. A parking pass can be purchased on-site for a one-time fee of $25 (price subject to change). RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, and 4-wheelers are not permitted on the property. THE LOCATION Walk 600’ from your condo to the beach! Your enviable locale is within easy access to beaches, the state park, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Drive 20 minutes to The Park at OWA, a 520-acre amusement park and entertainment resort destination. Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Buildings 1 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead/ balconies/ walkway spot repairs estimated time of completion should be Dec. 1, 2025\. Jackhammering should be completed by May 1st. This home is managed by Vacasa Alabama Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) I did call and reported it twice and was told it was coming from above and if the tenants didn’t reply to them there was nothing they could do.
