We were offered only one other beachfront property and it was in Navarre beach 45 minutes away. We did go ahead and accept that property but communication with Vacasa was terrible. They did not give us the correct WiFi password until the fifth day of our stay despite daily texts and requests for help, and the broken toilet in the master bathroom was never fixed despite daily calls. They did not reach out after reporting our concerns or leaving a poor review. I do not think we will ever book a Vacasa property again. ##### Lorraine S. The issue we had was with the property manager. The ice machine flooded the kitchen multiple times and communication about the issue was horrible. I had to text and call multiple times while waiting on hold. When someone finally came out they attempted to fix the ice maker but left the giant mess of all the wet towels we had used to cleanup. I requested clean towels but they never arrived so I spent two days of my vacation cleaning up a flood and doing laundry. Not relaxing! ##### Kimberly V. The condo was beautiful and the balcony was an incredible joy to relax as well as dine. Loved my morning coffee on the balcony. The only thing I could say is the check out email should be sent out much much earlier as I departed at 7am on checkout day but text wasn’t sent until after 9am and because I was driving didn’t see text until after 4pm. Overall the condo is great but the garbage disposal was broke - Used it before we knew - called for assistance, waited all day, no response - luckily we had someone with us who knew how to “unfreeze it” so we could avoid a smelly situation. Being a corner unit with a wrap around balcony, each room has access to the balcony and a beautiful gulf view. My 20-something kids, who vacationed with us, loved that. Also, the unit is on the 14th floor which offers gorgeous views at night. We had a blast sitting out under a full moon after long sunny days at the beach. Making memories and gulf dreams. I would highly recommend this condominium for your beach vacation. All three bedrooms have gulf views, a definite plus. The furniture on the balcony accommodated our outdoor meals comfortably.
