Book your stay now and make this exceptional condo your home away from home in Orange Beach! THINGS TO KNOW: ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY Beginning 9/2026 through 5/20/2026. Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Please note only the balconies included in the project and during their specific work period will be impacted. This unit is NOT being completed. For units located within the same stack, swing stages will be set up and used throughout the project. During this time, ropes and work crews may be visible as they pass by windows and balconies while completing the work. All work will be performed during normal business hours. The sanding of frames will be carried out using orbital sanders, which may generate some noise. While the noise will be most noticeable in the unit under work, it may also be heard in neighboring units within a couple of floors above or below. As part of the project, certain portions of the pool deck may need to be closed temporarily while the swing stages are being moved. These closures will be limited in terms of duration and are necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests. This project on selected units can be characterized as a “must do” item, and is being performed to avoid more extensive repairs in the future if neglected. All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC., LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 17. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The only thing is they didn’t have enough bath towels. We had 8 people and only 7 towels so we had to wash a lot. Everything was clean and beautiful. They also don’t have curtains in the living room so it’s really bright which I don’t mind at all but might be too bright with no way to close the beautiful view for some. Also the main tv is creepy. Someone else has access to the direct tv so any time we had it on the would change the channel or turn the volume up really loud or turn it off so hard to watch the football game… but I mean it was a perfect stay and gorgeous home! Upon arrival, the unit was very clean, lovely decor, and up to date in all aspects as well as stocked with everything to make the stay a home away from home experience. We absolutely loved this condo! My kids thought we were living in a palace for the week. 🤣 Everything was clean and in good condition. The shared facilities (pool, lazy river, beach walk, etc) are all well maintained. The parking deck is a major plus, though the spaces are a bit tight. The only thing I can think to "warn" others about is what other reviews have already stated: the beds are uncomfortably low to the ground. I'm a 39 year old female in reasonably good health and still found it difficult to get up out of these beds.
