Experience the ultimate beach getaway at Romar House 405A, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo, perfect for those in search of a peaceful vacation accompanied by the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Perched on the 4th floor, this Orange Beach condo rental presents breathtaking Gulf views. The expansive balcony, accessible from both the living room and the Primary bedroom, serves as a serene spot to admire the azure waters and vibrant sunsets.

Indulge in the comfort of the Primary suite, boasting a King-sized bed, a 48-inch HD flat-screen TV, and DVD player. The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a separate dressing area for added convenience. The second guest room offers a cozy Queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with a Twin-Over-Full bunk, a Trundle, and a Twin rollaway bed. Both guest rooms are equipped with a 39-inch HD flat-screen TV and share a guest bathroom fitted with a Jacuzzi tub.

Throughout the condo, tile flooring enhances the beachside ambiance, while the large, fully equipped kitchen, adorned with custom cabinets, GE stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, granite counters, and a breakfast bar, invites you to indulge in culinary delights. Additionally, the dining area boasts custom built-in cabinets featuring a wine chiller, elevating your dining experience.

Other amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a 60-inch HD flat-screen TV with a DVD player in the spacious living room. A sofa sleeper adds extra sleeping space, making the unit suitable for up to 8 guests.

Romar House offers an exclusive and secure vacation experience in its gated complex, beautifully situated in Orange Beach. Unwind in the sauna, a peaceful retreat for relaxation. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for cozy moments and charming conversations. The charcoal grills add a touch of outdoor culinary fun, ideal for grilling enthusiasts.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Check in communication was great. Condo nice and private beach not too crowded. There were a few things that could be improved. Overall it was clean, aside from mildew/mold in master shower. The shower was very difficult to turn on. The master bed was way too firm. Felt like i was sleeping on plywood.

Amazing condo!!!

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean, location was perfect with restaurants near! If you are traveling with kids this condo is perfect for you, the kids loved the bunk room! Check in was easy, check out was easy. We have stayed in many condos here in Orange Beach, but we have finally found one we will forever use! We can’t wait to come back next year. The only negative was the construction, and we knew it was going on. Wasn’t too bad. Took me a minute to figure out the dishwasher and the ice maker/water in fridge needed a new filter. Will be back!

Perfect place for family

This was a perfect place for our family of 5! We were in town for a cheer competition at the Wharf, but wanted to stay oceanside. Everything was as described and very clean. We have a teenage boy, who needs his own space and twin girls with so much stuff, that the 3 bedrooms was ideal for us. We loved the trundle bed with the bunk bed. There were so many sleeping options for the kids and space for everyone. The beach was so close and the patio is HUGE! We ate meals out there, and hung out there in between beach visits. There is a Wal-Mart and Dollar General really close so we stocked up on groceries and the kitchen had everything we needed. It does have a gate entrance and we felt very secure. The pools were great, with plenty of lounge space. You do have to rent chairs on the beach, just a FYI. There are quite a few resataurants close by, in addtion to arcades/mini golf/etc. Definitely one of the nicest plats we have stayed, with just so much room! We were never on top of each other. Even had enough space to do the VR!

Picture perfect!

This condo has a perfect layout for families! It is clear, roomy, and has beautiful views. The only issue was the shower in the master bath. It is really hard to adjust the temp and I couldn’t turn it off without help. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo, great location!

The ONLY issue we had was with Liquid Life. I have been renting properties for several years, my parents always did when I was a child. Out of ALL of my experience, I have NEVER had to wait 2 hours after check-in time. When I read “check-in time begins at 3pm”, (to me) that means I have access to my rental ANY time after 3pm. Apparently that means whatever time they get the rental ready after 3pm. **Note taken for future renting.** I started calling every 30 minutes because we had 5 kids and two car loads with groceries that couldn’t be left in the heat. Nobody was rude from LL, but they wouldn’t give me any kind of time frame. When I put that much money in someone’s hands, that would be a professional thing to be able to supply a renter by with. I don’t like giving people a hard time, but this just didn’t seem right. Once we did access to the condo, it was PERFECT. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The balcony was amazing- we loved how spacious it was. I liked that the master bedroom was tucked away from the other rooms. The bunk room was perfect for two teenagers and the other bedroom for my two daughters to share. The master bed was pretty stiff, so if you like an ultra-firm mattress, it’s the one for you! This property does not have a grilling area, which we always plan to throw something on the grill one night, but OH WELL! Less dishes to do! :) Overall, we all had a great time and would recommend staying at Romar House.

had good ck in experience. very clean. finishes updated. granite, island. nice cabinets, wine cooler, great fridge, ice maker, fancy master shower. loved large balcony. building is close to water, so short walk thru sand. no Keurig, only mr coffee maker. would book again.

Beautifully upgraded spacious condo with oceanfront view!

This place was perfect for our family of five and will definitely be back! If you are looking for an oceanfront condo that is upgraded, spacious and immaculate...then this is the place! Everything felt brand new! There is a separate ice machine in the kitchen which was awesome for filling up our cooler for the beach. I also enjoyed having a wine fridge. This place will not disappoint! We enjoyed not only the condo, but the property as well. The white sand beach in front of the condo wasn’t crowded as wristbands are required. We pretty much had the weight room, tennis courts, and pools to ourselves which was also nice. The covered parking spot is right near the entrance which is convenient. Restaurants and grocery stores are super close too! Can’t wait to stay at this place again!

Beautiful condo, lack of communication with property manager.

Pros - Beautiful, spacious condo. Very modern and I felt like I was spoiling my family. The furnishings seems more updated than other condos in the same complex. We also had plenty of ice between the freezer and separate ice machine. I loved having a covered place to park, close to the elevators. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pools. Beautiful view of the ocean from the very large and comfy balcony. The condo staff was extremely kind. Cons - Check-in was horrible. We booked on a Friday for a check-in on Monday and never received information for checking in. Usually I get an email or a one page summary on where to check in and what is needed like a code or key for the condo. I only received one reply from the property manager saying I would get something soon. Upon arriving in Orange Beach, I found the office for Liquid Life Rentals and had to wait for someone to assist me. An associate got off the phone from reserving another rental and told me he hadn't gotten anything saying the room was ready at 2:30 pm - to be fair, check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. He said he would text me. We waited an hour till 3:30 and didn't get anything, so I went inside and he said it was just ready then. He gave me a door code and I had to ask for the gate code. All during this time, I had left messages on the phone service and never got replies. After getting to the door, neither of the codes he gave me worked (one he wrote on paper and another he texted). I tried calling a lot but couldn't get anyone, so I got desperate and texted them. Another called me and got us in. Phone calls would not go through again, so I had to text for other information including the wifi password. In all fairness, we booked this during COVID-19, which is tough on businesses. To me, I think they should have a package available with this info either through email or at the condo - a generic info sheet was there for how to take care of the condo. I even texted about checkout procedures, but never heard back...ever. A final complaint...I don't think the jacuzzi tub in the condo works.
