We did not want to allow it to defrost because it was packed with our food for the week. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a long spatula for grilling burgers. This was the first property we stayed at with covered parking (parking ramps under the building) and will look for that in the future! This particular condo was ok. It was advertised as VERY clean. I wiped down the table before we ate at it and wiped up black dust. I took it upon myself to wipe down everything after that. The table was really the only thing too bad ... but it is where we ate. Wondering if it was condensation from the AC. Our hats and beach towels were damp after sitting on the table, so maybe it was the humidity. For what is charged for cleaning and for the stay, we felt like it did not meet the listing for the condo. All's well that ends well and we overlooked those things and enjoyed our trip. The condo needs instructions for their cable and a listing for TV channels. ##### Sissie H. Condo was right as you come out of the elevator. Huge balcony. Will definitely stay here again. When we first got there code didn’t work. Called them and she reset it with me on phone. My friend left her medication at home. We went down to the office to ask address to have it mailed from home. The lady was rude and really did not want to help us at all. She did not want us to ship it to the office. We finally got the information but it was a bit of a chore. Also, the hot water did not stay hot long enough to even fill the bath tub. ##### Reeca E. We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Isle 507\. The only small drawback was that the condo wasn’t ready for us when we arrived (half an hour after checkin was supposed to begin) and so we had to wait in the parking garage until about 4:00 pm. That’s minor hassle, but with an infant who had driven 7 hours it felt big at the moment. That said, once we were in the space it was perfect. Everything was very clean, the space is much larger than the photos appear, the king bed was very comfortable, the deck was huge, and the beach/pool access could not have been better. We had an issue with the garbage disposal while staying there, and the property manager had someone out to fix it within an hour. The maintenance man was very courteous and even made sure to be as quiet as possible so as to not wake our son who was napping. The owners may want to do some routine maintenance (caulk, paint touch ups, two of four stove eyes not working, etc.) but overall this made no difference to our stay and we plan to come back again. ##### Kevin E.
