This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 1st floor.

The master suite features a King bed with a 32-inch LG flat-screen TV and BlueRay/DVD player. The unit also has Twin bunk beds built into the hallway as well as a Queen sofa-sleeper with a memory foam mattress in the living room for additional sleeping space.

The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, large flat-screen TV with BlueRay/DVD player in the living room, and free wireless internet.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Come have a beach adventure at Tidewater, located just 7.5 miles East of Highway 59 in Orange Beach, Alabama. The property features a large outside Gulf-front pool, a heated indoor pool, and a hot tub. Stay active in the on-site fitness room, then soothe your muscles in the sauna.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included in your reservation. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the price is set by each association and is subject to change without notice. You will receive your parking passes upon check-in.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in January and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
