We live about an hour and a half away in the Destin area and wanted to take a short weekend away. The property was just as listed - easy check-in, great comms with owner, very clean unit (which is important to us) and beautiful sunrise balcony. The furniture was comfortable and clean, unit was decorated nice and the balcony furniture was excellent. The parking was as expected but definitely no guest parking available even for a couple of hours unless you buy an additional parking pass and if you don't there isn't any off-site parking close. Security is on site and very attentive and helpful. We are considering bringing our grandson over for a weekend of fishing off the jetty. Thanks for a great weekend. ##### Ayne M.
