A two story penthouse condo that lives like a beach house in the sky! Escapes to the Shores 1801 has 3400SF of living area, 4 balconies, 3 living room areas, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining area, outdoor living and dining areas, and endless views for miles! The views surround you in this property whether you are cooking, dining, or simply relaxing on the sofa. This is a space where multiple families can vacation together with endless areas to congregate or sneak away, but this condo still works for a smaller group. The large space is is so comfortable and inviting that groups of all sizes will feel right at home…even a party of two!! The main level of this residence features 2 living areas - one where you can watch a great movie or sports on the big screen, and another where you can visit with each other or just sit mesmerized by the endless unobstructed beach and Gulf of Mexico views! Also found on the first living level is a gourmet kitchen equipped with walk in pantry, and Wolf appliances including a gas cooktop and stove, two fridges, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen overlooks the dining room (with seating for 8) and out towards a tremendous deck. The views from the kitchen and dining room are absolutely stunning just as you see in the pictures! The second bedroom is a bunk style set up with two twin over full bunks. A half bathroom is found in the entry hallway on the main level. The security officer gave the number to me. I had the condo door code but not the code to get from the parking lot to the elevators. At one point the front door lock would not catch. I called and left a text and no one ever got back to me. We found if we lifted up on the door handle it would lock. The property was beautiful, spacious and up-to-date. The outdoor cushions need to be replaced. They were stained and hard to find the right size for the furniture. Half of the coffee cups are chipped and should not be used as you could cut yourself. Cookware could be replaced. When everyone took a shower, the hot water ran out quickly. We very much enjoyed our stay. ##### Gayle H. Very high ceilings, walk in closets, amazing views, quiet/private unit, and beautiful decorations. The decorations are not kid friendly and was challenging since we had a few young children with us (I broke something trying to move it to another location so a child wouldn't break it - opps!) ##### Dew M. The views, balconies (4) are top notch Loved all the various sitting areas Beautiful and stays looking beautiful Walk in closets everywhere for suitcases/clothes/gear Only minus would be not enough glass wine glasses, kitchen gear was basic. We are a family of chefs, brought our list only wine. So not a deal breaker. I might bring my knives next time. We LOVED our time here. All adults. The only issues or suggestions we have is that the ice machines did not work very well. The dryer did not work very well either. When we got there, there was no Keurig as we were told there was. So many things just came together for me planning our yearly family vacation. The discount for the penthouse condo, the opening of the Naval Air Station Museum, the limited availability of tickets that I got for the Lighthouse to watch the Blue Angels practice, the weather and the weather and the weather!!! The condo was amazing on the top floor of the building, the elevator was easy to get any time of day, the availability of beach toys in the closet, the indoor WARM pool, the outside pool, the splash pad, the boardwalk to the beach. The fish restaurant across the street that cooked our caught fish for us. The parking garage was safe and covered. The carts to help us take our luggage up to the room. The views of the whole beach from the balcony. The roomy comfortable beds and the decorating of the condo was beautiful. The dedicated ice machine in the room, 2 refrigerators, lots of cooking pans/utensils/wine glasses, water tasted good. The showers were great, no lack of warm water. I just do not have enough room here to go on and on. You will have the best time as we did. 2 grandparents, 4 kids, 3 son in laws, 5 Gkids all approve. ##### Lori A.
