Phoenix properties are dependable. I'm happy the appliances small and large were new or fairly new. This unit needs updates to furniture, it's old and dirty/stained. Primary bedroom bed, center frame supports under it are broken. Toilet runs in this bathroom (called maintenance). Shower was not clean. Secondary bathroom shower drain is clogged. Toilet occasionally runs. Shower curtain is rusty due to the hangers being very old. I'd suggest less turn and burn to make money and more quality control. ##### Barry S.
