But the living room furniture is definitely a little dingy and needs a good cleaning as indicated in other reviews, and because of that I didn't want to sit on it. The building must not have great water pressure because the showers were pretty weak. They have changed out their patio furniture so if you are wanting a lounger, there isn't one as it shows, but the furniture they have on the balcony is nice. I used primarily the inside amenities at the condo because of the timing of my stay, and they are a bit dingy and outdated as well, but it was nice to have access to a warm pool. But in terms of a great view in a spot that's convenient to a lot of things, it's hard to beat the 14th floor. The building staff were very nice, and helpful if you needed something. Most everyone was very friendly in the building. Multiple elevators and carts are available for move in and check out. The management staff were very kind and helpful as well. ##### Kacy A. Beds were comfortable and views were amazing. There were just a couple things we didn’t like. The chair in the living room was filthy. We didn’t want to use it. I also contacted owner to see about where to get ice in the building because the lady down at the desk said I could only speak with the owner. The owner said she would look into it but never responded back. We found the ice machine the next day.
