There were 7 of us total and it was plenty big. The unit and property were both very clean and had plenty to do. Our friends brought their deep sea fishing boat and having a slip right at the resort was much nicer than what we have done in the past at other locations. The only recommendation we had would be adding some type of shades for master bedroom and possibly living room. This would help on extreme hot days with temp control. Right near the elevator on the 6th floor. Within walking distance to Cobalt restaurant and the marina. The unit needs updating though. TV was too small for the master bedroom. Oh and the dishwasher did not work. We didn’t bother to call bc we did the dishes by hand. Other than that, it was a great place for family get togethers. The description, the pictures & the location were all exactly how it was described which was awesome and a very pleasant surprise!! When you walk into the unit your eyes light up! The only thing that I could say that would have made it a perfect stay would be the cleanliness. We definitely understand that when families are on vacation they are going to lounge, which of course contributes to stains on the furniture however, the living room furniture was overdue for a cleaning. Everything appeared to be clean at first glance but unfortunately the bedroom that had a private bath the sheets had some yellow stains and the comforter set was dirty, the master bedroom bed had sand in between the sheets on the initial turn down of the bed, and when wiping down the bathrooms and the kitchen counter there was obvious & significant dirt left behind, which is very vital during this Covid pandemic.
