We arrived to trash overflowing in the parking area. A keycode that was not working. A bathtub running constantly. Large benches that had been dragged over holes in the deck and blocking one staircase. Then we killed the large roaches every night that we were there in the kitchen. On top of that the beds are hard as a rock. We left disappointed in the accommodations and tired. Could be a nice place but it is obvious that it has been neglected. The description of beach front was a little misleading so be sure to check out pictures and the map. The actual beach was nearby but if you are bringing kids and all their things walking it is pretty exhausting bc it’s sand the whole way. Our second day there we ended up driving to a public beach so we did t have to take the walk again. This was a nice stay for what we needed since we were bringing our golden retriever with us. Hard to find nice places to stay that allows dogs so this was a big plus for us. There were several dead roaches when we arrived. I was initially a little concerned about this but it seems like maybe they had just spayed . It did seem like we were the first guest to stay there in a while and we didn’t see anymore during our stay. ##### Cherie W.
