Located in a low-density complex on a quiet stretch of beach, this beautifully decorated retreat offers a relaxing escape with modern comforts, stunning ocean views, and easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. \*\*Important Construction Notice:\*\* Wind Drift West will be undergoing a few construction projects lasting through March 2026. 1\. Stairwell Repairs: The east stairwells of all 3 buildings will be completely closed starting Monday 01/12/26\. Coastal will be doing the heavy chipping and drilling in the stairwell for 7-10 days. They will open the east stairwell for emergency use and close the west stairwells. The west stairwells heavy work will last for another 7-10 days. Thes stairwells will continue to be repaired until the end of March, but it will be repairing and repainting. The noisiest work will be over the next 3 weeks. 2\. Column Repairs: The SW column repair is slightly ahead of schedule and should be completed by the middle of March. Coastal is pricing up the North Column repair and will begin that work in the next couple of weeks. 3.Pool Repair: The South pool will be closed for renovation starting on Monday 01/12/26\. They will be replacing the equipment, re-plastering and re-tiling the pool. This should last about 2 weeks, and when the south pool is opened, the North pool will be shut down for the same scopes of work. The pool decks will be closed off when the work is going on. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. It offers a great master bedroom with its own balcony access. There is no need to even turn the AC on because the flow of air that is created. We had a few issues with things this time around. No can opener. Door still doesn’t lock to master bedroom after 4 years of noting it to the property management. Our main door would not shut properly due to a screw that came loose. Parking was always free until we found out just a week before we were to leave that it would be 62\. Construction was going on and it was absolutely terrible to listen to all day long.Besides the little hiccups that happened this time around, we still enjoy this space for the price. ##### Eric S. This condo is very convenient to shopping and dining. Very easy access to the beach! I did have issues with obtaining my parking pass, which you need prior to arrival to get in the gate, that took 45 minutes to figure out, so I definitely feel that process should be less complicated .Also our bed linens did not look clean at all upon arrival. The pool was clean and pictures were as advertised. The beach was clean and not crowded like the others. The only thing is that after I paid for the room, all the fees and a parking permit, it totaled over $500.00 a night. First trip that I had to call for clarifications of instruct. This is the first time I had to call Mtg to clarify their instructions. Had to ask a resident how do I get a parking pass to display in my car. Mgt instructions did not explain how. Next day another visitor asked me where do you get the pass to display? Told him to get pass on desk at door entry and fill out. Entry gate took many tries to get in. Beds in guest room kids said were uncomfortable. Poor pillows in master room. The unit we were in was very clean and comfortable. We did not need to contact the property manager during our stay--everything ran smoothly. We loved the ocean front balcony and the walks on the soft white sands. Everything was as described and expected.
