I love staying in the Phoenix’s. My husband and I come to the coast several times a year. The grounds were very clean, the staff very friendly and the condo clean and comfortable. However, the kitchen needed to be stocked better with utensils. Most every other place I’ve stayed, I’ve never had a problem with needing anything in the kitchen to cook. The place didn’t have a fryer, Bowles to store things, or a cutting board. This is important for someone that cooks during their stay. ##### David G.
