CLEAN BED GUARANTEE  
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.  
  
WHAT WE STOCK  
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Loved the room. Parking was super convenient and the shuttle service was very efficient. Our son loved the water slides. Pool was a little chillier than anticipated for July but we enjoyed our time here.

#### Unit does not sleep 8 comfortably

We enjoyed the resort, if you need to sleep 8 as the listing advertised then this isnt the unit for you. Only 2 king beds. Couch doesn’t pull out and the futon is not functioning. Blow up mattress available, however not ideal and not what we expected.

The stay was phenomenal!!!! Staff was very helpful and Security was doing there job exceptionally well during teen Spring Break. Overall was a Very Great Vacation. Unit was very well maintained except living room balcony door does not lock, hot tub knobs came off in hand other than that A

Unit had excellent views and very clean. It was a great fit for family of 4 with 2 toddlers. Very well designed with plenty of furniture.Check in was a little confusing but that was due to the Caribe security during spring break season.Unit was great but resort could use a bit of updating and maintenance. The two elevators to upper pool were not working during our week stay which made carrying all the stuff and kids a bit more difficult. Additionally, the one set of elevators seemed to always only have one working and long waits to get up or down at times. Highly recommend Cobalt onsite for great food.Missing 5 star due to resort issues.

#### Outstanding unit in great resort!

Great water views, great location, fantastic restaurant! We had a wonderful time. Met many friendly people. Booked a fishing charter from Caribe Marina with Colton and caught some great fish. We loved our entire stay and would love to do it again.

The property was clean, inviting and secure. Our view from the 11th floor was spectacular (Bay on the left and the Gulf on the right). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, I didn't miss my "home" kitchen at all. This is definitely a keep on my return visit list. We had easy access to our vehicle in the garage and walking to the beach was a breeze. When we contacted the host, we got an immediate response.

#### Nice getaway for the price

Overall we had a great stay. We only ran into a couple issues. One was that the fridge was not working when we arrived and the property manger told us it just needed time to cool down. Well the next morning it was not cooling still and we had to have maintenance come and replace a part. It cost us a couple hundred in groceries. The second issue was with the cleanliness of the indoor pools. One of the pools had someone use the bathroom in the pool and we never saw it being shut down for cleaning.

#### Great Condo! Spacious!

Beautiful condo, very well kept. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the condo and all the property had to offer. Easy distance to grocery and shopping. Kids loved the pool/slides and basketball court. Lazy river was crowded, but still fun.
